Good smart watch if you are looking for a smart watch with basic features at a low cost. The watch is lightweight. easy to setup and navigate. However, It is not suitable for health & fitness tracking as some of the metrics like steps count and stress tracking are not very accurate. Ruimen Smart Watch Review – Quick Summary

This smart watch is a good buy if you are looking for a basic smart watch which feels comfortable and looks good on the wrist. It offers Bluetooth calling, heart rate monitoring which is mostly accurate, steps tracking and other features. The screen is responsive and the user interface is reasonably smooth.
Its compatible with IOS and Android and easy to set up. The Bluetooth connection works reasonably well. However, step tracking can be a bit laggy. The manufacturer recommends its water proof, I have not tested it in water but some users have reported it can stop working if you get any water splashed on it.
Ruimen smart watch – The Basics

Ruimen watch is compatible with IOS and Android, it connect to a smart phone via Bluetooth. The 1.85″ touch screen is smooth and responsive.
In does not offer an AMOLED display, it has TFT LCD display which doesn’t look very sharp. However, this is not a major drawback as the screen can still be seen easily in bright outdoors. To be honest, at this price, I was not expecting a AMOLED display in this watch. Generally, budget smart watches with AMOLED display can cost over 50 pounds. The screen size it good, and large enough.

It has a dark bezel around the display, meaning the display doesn’t cover the whole screen. The bezel is not very noticeable, and we have seen this in more expensive watches as well.
The manufacturer claims it has IP68 waterproof rating. We have not tested the watch in water but some users have reported that the water is not water proof and can stop working if you accidently splash water on the watch or use in the shower.
Ruimen smart watch – Connectivity & Features

Ruimen watch connects to smart phone via Bluetooth. The connection is stable, you can receive notifications and calls directly to Ruimen smart watch once connected. It stays connected to the smart phone as long as the phone is within around ten meters of the smart watch, if it is more than ten meters sway then you may have connectivity dropping issue.
The watch does not have built-in GPS, it relies on phones GPS for route tracking. The watch does not offer built-in Wi-Fi or NFC payments. However, these features are not expected from a watch at this price. Generally, these features are offered in smartwatches at a higher price range.
Ruimen smart watch- Health & Fitness Tracking review

The watch has health and fitness tracking features such as heart rate monitoring, steps tracking, oxygen saturation tracking and sleep monitoring. The heart rate tracking feature is fairly accurate when compared with other watches. The steps tracking is not very accurate, it generally shows less steps than actually taken. It also has sleep tracking features, where you can monitor your sleep at night and it will tell you the quality of sleep including deep sleep, light sleep and awake periods.

The watch also offers 100+ sports modes such as soccer, walking, running, hiking, cycling, mountaineering, etc.
Ruimen smart watch – Battery life review
The watch comes with magnetic charger. It charges fully in 2 to 3 hours. Considering the price the battery life is quite impressive. On a single charge it can last up to 4-5 days. However, it largely depends on the features you use most on the watch. For example, if you have 24hrs heart rate tracking on or if you are frequently using it for activity tracking or Bluetooth calls then the battery will drain faster.
In Summary, Ruimen watch is a good low cost smart watch for style but not suitable for health & fitness tracking.
