Are you looking for a budget friendly smart watch but unsure which smart watch may be the best option for your needs? Or may be you need detailed review on particular budget smart watch? You’re in the right place.
How we test the smart watches?
We believe in hands on approach. Before reviewing a smart watch, we test it for days to weeks to find out how reliable it is. When testing smart watches we evaluate the user interface to see if it is smooth and responsive. If we find the UI is not very responsive or lagging then we do not include it in our recommendations or it goes on our do not buy list. We also access the reliability of different tracking features such as activity and sleep tracking. Additionally, we look at the accuracy of heart rate monitoring, oxygen saturation, GPS tracking and other metrics. We evaluate the ease of use and connectivity options offered by each smart watch. We test how easy it is to pair the smart watch with a smart phone – and assess reliability of the connection by looking at how promptly we receive notifications on the watch from the smart phone and how quickly the tracking data becomes available on the phone. We also look at which devices the watch is compatible with, for example some of the budget smart watches may not be compatible with IOS. That’s no all, we also assess how comfortable each smart watch is, weather we can replace the straps and if the fitting is good. Talking about comfort we also assess the weight and size of each smart watch.
